About

Missie is excited to be here at Salem University! She has over 30 years of experience in the food service industry, an born/raised here in Salem, West Virginia.  Missie and her husband, Randy, have a daughter and 3 granddaughters, they enjoy working in the yard and love saving animals.  Currently, they have 9 cats, 2 dogs and 1 goat!   When you see Missie around campus be sure to say hi!

About

Shanon has over 15 years of experience in the food service industry.  She has an associate’s degree in Business Management from Eastern Technical College, an associates degree in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, from Fairmont State Culinary Academy.  She completed a pastry externship at the Apicius Culinary School in Florence, Italy.  She was born, raised and still reside in West Virginia.  Shanon and her husband, Kevin, together have three fur babies, Mr. Kitty (7 year old male tabby), Miss Stash (4 year old female tuxedo) and Lord Vader (4 year old male tuxedo).  Shanon enjoys painting, sewing and wilderness activities.
